Terms of Service

1. Turnkey Custom Setup

By selecting a website design template and submitting a request, you contract LaunchMySites to configure the staging template using your brand logo and copy. All setups are charged flat-rate setup fees in USD.

2. Hosting Subscription

Active templates deployed through LaunchMySites require a monthly hosting and maintenance subscription of $29/month. Hosting is configured on our secure CDN platform. Failure to maintain payments may suspend site availability.

3. Ownership & Copyrights

Clients retain all intellectual property rights to their logo files, trademarks, and custom copy provided during intake. LaunchMySites retains rights to backend infrastructure code and core layout engine files.
